Joining Votat through temporary missions in 1999, Stéphane Guilliot held various positions before being in charge of expeditions, staff delegate and harassment point of contact.
Well-being at work is Philippe Marillaud’s line of conduct. All the evolutions that he implements are carried out with this perspective in mind.
There is a lot of vigilance to ensure that everyone feels good; we make regular updates with delegate meetings.
