Joining Votat through temporary missions in 1999, Stéphane Guilliot held various positions before being in charge of expeditions, staff delegate and harassment point of contact.

Well-being at work is Philippe Marillaud’s line of conduct. All the evolutions that he implements are carried out with this perspective in mind.

There is a lot of vigilance to ensure that everyone feels good; we make regular updates with delegate meetings.

The human side is very strong in Votat. It is necessary to have a good state of mind, to show solidarity, to seek improvement.

If someone wants to work and learn, he/she will easily find his/her place at Votat.

I want to stay until I retire. The work is pleasant, the company knows how to value everyone’s work and be grateful.
