Our story

The success of the reorientation into a drawing company

In 1960, Michel Votat, son-in-law of the founder’s grandson, reoriented the activity towards subcontracting in cutting, drawing and assembly of metal parts for the filtration, building, electronics and automotive sectors. In 1988, Votat expanded and restructured with the acquisition of Champion.

The acquisition in 2019 by Philippe Marillaud marks the wish to perpetuate the activity and spirit of Votat.

Throughout its history, the company has maintained its leading position and its dynamic of constant growth, expansion and innovation. The spirit and values carried by Votat continue, paying particular attention to maintaining proximity links, establishing presence on site and developing prospecting at national and export level.
