I joined the Votat company in 1992 as quality manager.
Today operations director and commercial director, I fully share Votat’s values, and in particular people at the center of everything, as well as customer orientation.
My gaze is always towards the future.

I joined the Votat adventure 7 years ago. Today, HR and DAF, I take real pleasure in supporting our employees by offering them internal or external training, allowing them to highlight their talent.

I joined the great VOTAT team 3 years ago with great joy and the conviction that I belonged! I act as a facilitator in HR and commercial matters in an ecosystem that is always pro-active, agile, conducive to openness and the dynamics of change. Working for VOTAT since 1997, I began my career as a tool designer. Today responsible for design, tools and sheet metal work, I am keen to support the teams in modernizing production equipment. More motivated than ever by the challenges of tomorrow, and proud of the VOTAT adventure.

I arrived at Votat in 2009 after a little over 20 years of experience in the field of cutting and stamping and to succeed the Production Director who was retiring. I fully adhere to the values ​​of our Votat company.
