Rigger for 33 years at VOTAT

With a plumber diploma, Lionel Lopez joined Votat in 1989. Trained on site, he became an automatic press rigger, responsible for automatic presses before he even trained a few young people. After 33 years of working in metallurgy, he still has the same pleasure to assemble and adjust tools and to seriously do his job.

Votat is a family business in which there is a lot of humanity and strong ties. People value solidarity, management team is very attentive to the well-being of the employees and this is important to go in the right direction.

The garden party organized for two years allows us to discuss in a more friendly setting, to feel equal without the distinction that we sometimes feel between workshops and administrative teams.
