“Live my life” in business
For 4 months now, VOTAT employees have embarked on a somewhat special concept.
To do this, office teams join the workshop to experience a job they are not used to. Of course, godparents are there to ensure safety and the smooth running of the day.
“It’s a great opportunity to take the place of a colleague for a day, to strengthen ties but also to realize the constraints and values associated with each profession.”
