On Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., all his colleagues were there to celebrate this Votat icon. The atmosphere was both festive and deeply moving. And of course, there were a few jokes aimed at the man who\u2019s always smiling and who often sees the bright side of things. I\u2019m told in my earpiece that his car was decked out in some lovely toilet paper (thanks, colleagues).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Olivier is also known for hiding chocolates in the offices at Easter. Sorry, Anne-C\u00e9cile WESOLEK<\/a>\u2014there won\u2019t be any chocolates this year (or maybe there will).<\/p>\n\n\n\n A moment \u201cworthy of a Christmas party,\u201d as he himself described it. Thanks to Philippe MARILLAUD<\/a> who, as Olivier explains, is committed to the well-being and harmony of his teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We asked him what his secret is to staying in the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTo last, you have to love what you do above all else.
