A single filter tip can pollute up to 500 liters of water. With the solution developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/tchaomegot\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/tchaomegot\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TchaoMegot<\/a>, a company based in the Hauts-de-France region, this waste becomes a resource. The collected cigarette butts are decontaminated\u2014without water or toxic solvents\u2014in a closed-loop process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Environmental Journey of Cigarette Butts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After being collected via customizable ashtrays, the filters are transformed into eco-designed insulation for construction or textiles.
